Stay on Your Feet - Falls prevention program sponsored by Northern Sydney - Central Coast area health service.
Any new patient over 50 years will receive a free "Stay on your feet" kit which includes lots of helpful information in relation to maintaining the health of your feet and lower limbs, preventing falls, ideas for around the house, exercise programs, choosing the right footwear and government services / support.
The kit also includes a pair of socks, a pen, a pill cutter and a spectacle lens cleaner.
